Our packages

With CENSON® Care you can take advantage of your choice of support levels.  All levels of support come with training, help desk, assistance with development of care plans, and advice on best practices for remote monitoring and care of your clients.

CENSON Care packages

 

Level One:

At Level One we host the platform and provide the standard level of support including training, help desk, and assistance with development of care plans. and advice on best practices for remote monitoring and care of your clients.

You provide the personnel to provide up to 24/7 monitoring of your patients.

This level is best suited to home health agencies who provide staffing for 24 hour care of their clients, or supported care facilities.

 

Level Two:

At Level Two we host the platform and provide the standard level of support including training, help desk, and assistance with development of care plans. and advice on best practices for remote monitoring and care of your clients.

You provide the personnel to provide business hours monitoring of your patients, and we provide monitoring for up to 16 hours per day.

This level is best suited to home health agencies who would like to provide 24 hour monitoring of their clients, but don't have the resources to do so.

 

Level Three:

At Level Three we host the platform and provide the standard level of support including training, help desk, and assistance with development of care plans. and advice on best practices for remote monitoring and care of your clients.

We provide the personnel to provide up to 24/7 monitoring of your patients in accordance with agreed care plans.

This level is best suited to home health agencies who would like to provide 24 hour monitoring of their clients, but wish to outsource the monitoring.
